Thank you to everyone who donated to support this year’s Greater Syracuse CROP Hunger Walk. With your help, we raised $495 this year. Our team had a nice time walking with the other churches at Onondaga Lake Park on a brisk Fall day. Even though the walk is over, you can still make a secure online donation at our Robinson team page. Your gift can help save a life!
The young adults are raising funds for a mission trip to help the ongoing ministry of Kinyamaseke, Uganda. The children, helped by the young adults, are looking forward to weekend mission trips in the region.
All proceeds from the Tribute Courtyard will be used in support of youth mission, and events for both fellowship and service.
About the Courtyard
The Robinson Memorial Presbyterian Church Tribute Courtyard will welcome everyone at the main entrance to the church between the sanctuary and the education building. It is the perfect opportunity to honor the memory of a loved-one, to pay tribute to a good friend, or to become a permanent part of the Robinson Family. This project is an initiative of the Robinson Youth Ministry. Funds will be used to help send Robinson Memorial Youth on their upcoming mission trip to Uganda, and other Youth Ministry projects.

Addressed to the Robinson Memorial Presbyterian Church membership at Its Annual Meeting Jan. 26
Our church-based company had a relatively successful year in 2013, as you can see in our summary report. But the annual meeting for Robinson Memorial Community Services Inc. is in May, so today I speak not about our little business but about our church.
As caregivers for seniors who often have trouble getting around, RMCS wishes to share a vision with you: a ground-level church building with a drive-up front entrance, sheltered from the weather, for dropping off passengers with limited mobility.
Inside the double doors, a sanctuary with movable chairs instead of pews, to accommodate any group that includes one or more wheelchairs without blocking the aisle. The hallways are wide, the aisles are wide. There are no steps or stairways. It has climate control, and the bathrooms – with stalls for the handicapped – are nearby.
I speak today from a much different sanctuary – a sanctuary that is eight feet too high. We are so elevated above ground level, you could say that Tracie’s weekly talk here is the Sermon on the Mount. Perhaps the early church members designed it this way, to be “Nearer, My God, to Thee.”
Welcome to Robinson Memorial Presbyterian Church’s website, our presence in cyberspace. Feel free to poke around, see what we’re about and make yourself at home. We hope that as you peruse the website, you will feel encouraged to attend a service at Robinson in the near future. If you do so, you will find a welcoming, friendly, engaging group of people, trying to serve God as best we can. We would like nothing more than to meet you at one of our services to learn more about your walk with God, and how the community at Robinson Church can help us both know and serve God in the world around us.
We provide a relaxed venue where the public can enjoy an evening of exceptional talent. The focus for the next twelve months is on local artists. Our music venue has been hailed by every single performer that has played here as having terrific acoustics! We’ve made investments in sound and light systems to ensure everyone that attends our concerts hears and sees the performances clearly. Please join us for an evening of entertainment by local and nationally-known entertainers. We are accessible to all.
